Founder's Story

As an experienced educator for the past 7 years, I have had the incredible opportunity to witness education from various angles. Throughout my teaching journey, I have discovered something truly powerful: the impact of human connection on a student's success. This realization has motivated me to become an advocate for empowering children and guiding them towards a prosperous educational path.

With a degree in Early Childhood Education & Care, I initially dedicated my career to teaching. However, a few years ago, I felt a deep calling to help children and youth beyond academics—to support their social development as well. This led me on a self-study journey, constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and acquire new skills. From Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Modern Applied Psychology and Neuro-linguistic Programming, I immersed myself in courses that allowed me to better understand the needs of children. Even though I am no longer employed within the traditional education sector, I have continued to teach children privately, from grades 1 to 7. During this time, I have personally witnessed the transformative power of personalized and engaging learning, fueled by a positive connection between myself and my students. It has not only helped them reach their full potential but has also ignited a genuine love for learning.

Motivated by my vision to help more children foster the joy of learning and unleash their true potential, I founded Exploart—a leading enrichment education program. Our primary focus is on Mandarin classes for children learning it as a second language. However, we offer a wide range of programs, from speech and drama to swimming, all delivered dynamically in the comfort of your own home by professional teachers who possess not only expertise but also a genuine passion for connecting and inspiring young minds. What sets us apart is our commitment to tailoring lessons specifically to each child's learning style and level. We have extensive experience working with children as young as 18 months all the way up to 19 years old.

At Exploart, we highly value the involvement of parents in their child's education. We embrace an open-door approach, inviting parents to discuss any points of interest or concerns with us. We firmly believe that working closely with parents and collaborating with their schools fosters a positive and supportive community. Our driving belief is that every child has the capacity to unlock their potential and go beyond what they thought was possible. As Rita Pierson famously said, "Every child deserves a champion, an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best they can possibly be."
